Working as a Registered Nurse with over 30 years’ Experience in Nursing home and Hospital Setting has made Our Founder realize that there’s a growing need for quality and standardized assisted living services.

Seniors have a need to feel like they are still at home, which means their environment needs to feel smaller and more personalized, and they need to be treated with dignity and respect.

All too often in senior facilities there is one person to care for more than 12 patients per day preventing them from giving anyone their undivided attention.

That’s why Excellent Foundation Care is here to make a difference. We have a passion drive to care for others with dignity.

Our Founder has had the opportunity to care her aging mother and sick sibling which made her realize how many people love to be cared for in the comfort of their own home.

Our Facility aims to provide Excellent and quality home-like feel for our residents where they can feel Safe and at ease, while being assisted with the activities of daily living.

Excellent Foundation Care works tirelessly to make sure their clients are happy, providing services such as care management and coordination.

Our in-house services include: nutrition and dietary maintenance, medication and pain control monitoring as prescribed, daily personal care and hygiene, family inclusion opportunities, and companionship.

Additional services include: transportation, comfort at primary care physician visits, and assistance at events or with activities (e.g. shopping, hairdressing, social outings)
